		<description>The source code, once compiled and run, shows that &quot;Invalid zip code&quot; error. I have followed all the steps provided in this article. I found an error in app.config: The element &#039;binding&#039; has invalid child element &#039;StmEncoding&#039;. 
One more thing, the executable even shows the same error as &quot;Invalid zipcode&quot;
Could you please explain what would be going wrong here ?
